As a Culinary Institute of America Graduate, a Sommelier and a Lifestyle Expert, Jamie shares recipes, resources and tips with radio, television and social media audiences worldwide. Her weekly 2-hour Radio Show entitled "Food & Wine with Chef Jamie Gwen" can be heard live every Sunday in Southern California on KFWB NEWS TALK 980 and worldwide on iTunes. You can also catch Chef Jamie on Martha Stewart Living Radio on Sirius /XM and she brings her culinary expertise to South Coast Plaza's "Taste Magazine", which is featured quarterly in Los Angeles Magazine. Jamie is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a four-time cookbook author and her goal is to make every day more delicious. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys tennis, creating new recipes and lunch!

Lana Sills

Lana is an experienced food professional specializing in the radio, television and cookbook industry. She began her career in marketing and public relations in the apparel business, and has represented a broad range of industries including wholesale and retail. In 1990, she turned her attention to the Food Industry and opened a Café & Bakery and a wholesale commissary in Brentwood, CA. She continued with wholesale hotel and restaurant sales in the coffee business and food service industry. Since then she has co-authored 4 cookbooks. For the past 10 years, she has been the Executive Producer of the "Food & Wine with Chef Jamie Gwen" Radio Show, a cookbook author and the public relations and marketing manager of the Chef Jamie Brand. Lana is an accomplished cook with a highly developed culinary imagination, a recipe creator and tester, who loves to entertain.
