 Beet Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 – 8 oz. Package Melissa's Peeled & Steamed Beets
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and white pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
