EASY ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE

Layers of ice cream sandwiches, Oreo cookies, and whipped cream and it only takes about 10 minutes to assemble…what could be better?!?
Ingredients
- 9 store-bought ice cream sandwiches
- 4 cups whipped topping
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Line a standard-sized loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing extra to hang over the sides of the pan. Unwrap 3 of the ice cream sandwiches and cut one in 1/2. Leave the other 2 whole.
- Arrange a single layer of the ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the loaf pan. Top the ice cream sandwiches with 1/3 of the whipped topping and spread to cover completely. Top with a layer of crushed Oreo cookies.
- Unwrap 3 more ice cream sandwiches and cut one in 1/2. Layer the ice cream sandwiches in the same manner to create another layer. Push down gently. This will help the whipped topping squish down the sides. Repeat to create one more layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping, cover the top with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for at least one hour or until firm.
- Remove from the freezer and lift the parchment to remove the cake from the pan. Smooth out the exterior and spread the cream to cover any parts that might need a little extra. Top the cake with the remaining crushed cookies, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and serve.
