Ingredients
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces Vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces Pear Liqueur
- Slices of Asian pear for garnish
Instructions
- Break the rosemary sprig into pieces and place it in a martini shaker with the lemon juice. Muddle the rosemary sprig using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon. Add the vodka and pear liqueur and fill the shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into 2 martini glasses and garnish with the slices of Asian pear.
