THE WIZARD COCKTAIL

Perfect for Fall and full of citrus flavors~Excerpted from "Vodka Distilled" by Tony Abou-Ganim

Ingredients

• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce Cinzano Bianco
• 1/2 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
• 2 dashes of orange bitters
• Orange peel (for garnish)

Instructions

1. In an ice-filled mixing glass, add vodka, Cinzano Bianco, Yellow Chartreuse and orange bitters. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled, small cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin slice of orange peel.
