ASIAN GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN LETTUCE WRAPS

Ingredients
- 1 (1 1/2-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- Bibb Lettuce leaves
- Daikon radish, cut into thin strips
- Cucumber, cut into thin strips
- Carrot, cut into thin strips
- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Combine the hoisin, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, chili-garlic sauce, garlic, and ginger in a resealable plastic bag. Close the bag and shake to combine the ingredients. Add the pork tenderloin and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your BBQ to high heat or place a grill pan over high heat on your stovetop. Grill the pork tenderloin, turning often for 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160°F. Place the pork on a platter; let it stand 5 minutes, then slice. Set out the lettuce leaves and veggies and allow your friends to assemble their wraps.
