You’ll love this winter spin on a classic summer cocktail. A fruit-forward red wine, such as a Beaujolais or Zinfandel, works best.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle red wine
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 persimmons, cut into small wedges
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 orange, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Combine everything in a large pitcher or sangria bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight before serving.
