In a large saucepan, melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat. Stir until completely melted. Remove from the heat and add the dulce de leche. Stir until well incorporated.
Mix in the Rice Krispies cereal and pour the mixture into a greased
9x13 pan. Spread the mixture evenly, gently pressing down to create an even layer. Let cool. Cut into squares and dip in melted chocolate. Refrigerate to set the chocolate.
