Line two baking sheets with wax paper. Combine the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder in a large saucepot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring consistently. Boil for one full minute while stirring. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Using a large tablespoon, spoon large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the waxed paper. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
