In a small bowl, combine dehydrated garlic, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds and fennel seeds and stir to combine.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and press the flesh-side of the salmon into the “everything” seasoning mixture to coat well. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the salmon seasoned-side down and sear for 3 minutes. Flip the salmon over.
Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 6 minutes, or until the fish is just cooked through.
