Creamy, rich, light, and luscious…This no-bake pie is a snap to make. Top with a sprinkling of toasted coconut.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of key lime juice
  • 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (8-ounce) tubs of frozen whipped topping
  • Two store-bought or homemade 9-inch graham cracker pie crusts
  • Toasted coconut, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in 1 tub of whipped topping. Divide evenly between the 2 crusts. Top the pies with remaining frozen whipped topping. Freeze at least four hours before serving.
