FROZEN KEY LIME MOUSSE PIE

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of key lime juice
- 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (8-ounce) tubs of frozen whipped topping
- Two store-bought or homemade 9-inch graham cracker pie crusts
- Toasted coconut, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in 1 tub of whipped topping. Divide evenly between the 2 crusts. Top the pies with remaining frozen whipped topping. Freeze at least four hours before serving.
