INFUSED CUCUMBER JALAPENO VODKA

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
  • 1 jalapeno chile, cut in half (seeds and veins intact)
  • One 750-ml bottle of unflavored vodka

Instructions

  1. Combine the cucumber, jalapeno and vodka in a sterile glass jar; let stand for 48 hours before using.
